Kelsea graduated from Cambridge Judge Business School in 2020, since then she has relocated to McKinsey’s New York office, where she is now focused on consumer and retail. Kelsea comes with an extensive background in fashion retail, having worked for Ralph Lauren in operations strategy pre-MBA.
