Ina Zhao (Co-President)
Ina has 6 years of experience in fine-jewelry retail, covering sales and marketing KPI, international markets expansion and vendor management. She has assisted in building the first public jewellery museum in China, Shenzhen Jewellery Museum. She is educated in multimedia arts, architectural design, gemology, etiquette, and world cultures. Ina is always fascinated by culturally inspired designs. As a mother of two, she is also passionate about driving female empowerment in the workplace. These days, you can find her rowing in river cam, representing Darwin College!

NaYoung Kim (Co-President)
From South Korea with 3.5 years of work experience as a cosmetics retail merchandise buyer in Shinsegae (largest retail conglomerate in South Korea, 7th largest in Asia). Devised all bounds of strategies within the retail space, ranging from go-to-market, brand growth, customer acquisition to long-term corporate growth strategies. Major brands under management include: Loreal, LVMH, Estee Lauder companies and Shiseido.Career aspirations: Looking to pivot to management consulting, specialized in retail and FMCG. Simran Sawhney (Co-President)
Originally from India with 4 years of work experience in Deloitte India’s M&A Advisory practice. Focus on helping private equity clients with investment decisions and evaluating appropriate buyout opportunity in the consumer and technology industries. Furthermore, I worked on defining and implementing go-to-market strategies for acquisition targets to win financial and commercial due diligence mandates.

Daisy Moraa
The founder of Elegance Handbook, Daisy has 2 and a half years' experience in the mentoring women in the personal branding and soft communication skills space. Fatimah Syawie
Six years of experience in developing a startup company which now becomes the leading home and living tech company in Indonesia. Coming from a design background, she is passionate about customer experience and product development. She started her career as an e-commerce merchandiser and then excelled into a commercial manager who manages strategy for both online and offline channels. Specializing in cross-department collaboration, she has led some innovative product development of both physical and technological products. Cody Pan
As an undergrad in New York City, Cody worked in the fashion and publishing industries as an editorial and sittings assistant for clients such as Vogue, W, and Sephora. After receiving a Masters in Design Studies at Harvard University, he moved into the investment banking industry where he held roles in Corporate Communications, Business Management and M&A. Most recently, he was a Summer Associate within the Mergers & Acquisitions group at RBC Capital Markets. He is interested in M&A advisory and investing in consumer discretionary companies. Zihan Liu
Zihan is an experienced and passionate professional with 7 years of experience, specialising in sales planning, brand strategy, and problem-solving. She began her career at Inditex and gained further experience working with iconic international brands such as Lululemon and Agent Provocateur, developing a deep functional expertise in retail sales and management. In addition to her experience in the corporate world, Zihan is also an entrepreneurial leader who successfully launched a women's clothing brand in China with ~£1.7 million in Series A funding. She is highly skilled in conceptualising and executing end-to-end brand, sales, and marketing strategies that drive consistent brand image, customer engagement, and sales growth. In addition to her professional pursuits, she is passionate about wellbeing and is also an active sports enthusiast.
